A single daily rate, agreed in advance and all-inclusive.

The Standard Day Covers

  • PreparationReading the record and pre-mediation conferences with counsel.
  • A full eight-hour sessionThe mediation day itself.
  • Reasonable follow-upAfter the session, as the matter requires.

No Add-Ons

  • No administrative or case-management fees
  • No separate billing for prep or follow-up
  • No travel, mileage, or expensesAnywhere in Alabama.

Beyond the Standard Day

Time beyond the standard eight-hour session is billed hourly. Complex or multi-party matters are quoted in advance. A deposit reserves the date, and the fee is divided equally among the parties. Full terms appear in the mediation engagement agreement.
