A single daily rate, agreed in advance and all-inclusive.
The number counsel is quoted covers the full standard day: nothing in it is billed separately. Only time beyond the eight-hour session is billed hourly.

Pre-mediation conferences and post-session follow-up are conducted remotely, by video or telephone.
Beyond the standard day
The standard daily rate covers up to four parties; a matter with more is quoted in advance. Time beyond the standard eight-hour session is billed hourly, and complex or out-of-area matters are quoted in advance as a single all-inclusive fee.
A deposit reserves the date, and the fee is divided equally among the parties unless counsel agree otherwise. Full terms appear in the mediation engagement agreement.
