Governing law and forum

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Baldwin County, Alabama, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. This forum-selection provision does not apply to disputes arising under a separate written engagement agreement, which is governed by that agreement’s own dispute-resolution and governing-law provisions.

Changes to these Terms

Eastern Shore Mediation may revise these Terms from time to time. The Effective Date at the top of the page indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
