HOW A DATE IS HELD
A request pencils the day in. If another matter asks for it, I come back to you before I let it go.
WHAT RESERVES IT
The signed engagement agreement and a deposit of half the daily fee reserve the date. Until then it is a pencil, not a booking.
BEFORE I CONFIRM
A conflict check on every party and counsel. Then one number for the day, quoted in advance.
